How does payment work?
50% deposit when the order is confirmed and 50% on delivery. Production starts after the deposit.
How do I send my order?
On a standard order spreadsheet: you fill in styles, sizes and quantities, and the totals and payment terms appear instantly.
What is the production lead time?
The date is agreed before we start, based on quantity and customization, and production is organized to meet it.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the factory and the type of uniform. In Brasília, from 50 pieces for the most basic styles. In Ciudad del Este, from 1,000 pieces.
Do you make a pilot piece before production?
Yes. The pilot piece is agreed during the negotiation of each project.
Do you deliver outside Brasília?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in the world.
